# Settings

> A map of every Settings page: what it controls, who can change it, and which pages appear only when an experimental feature is on.

Settings has two groups. **Account** settings are yours alone. **Company** settings apply to everyone at your company, and owners and admins change them. Use **Search settings** at the top of the sidebar to find a page or a section by name.

Some pages appear only in some cases. Those are marked below.

## Account

| **Profile**               | Your name, your **Profile photo** (upload one, or use your Microsoft photo), your email, and **Signed in**: the browsers and devices signed in to your account, with **Sign out everywhere else**. |
| **Agents**                | Your personal setup, for every Space: instructions, models, skills, tools, plugins and secrets. See [Agents and setup](/agents/setup).                                                             |
| **Preferences**           | **Appearance** (light, dark or automatic), **Notifications** (a chime or a desktop notification when a message arrives while Whorl is in the background), and **Time format**.                     |
| **Huddles**               | Your own huddle and recording settings. Appears when Huddle recordings is on. See [Huddles and meetings](/huddles).                                                                                |
| **Shortcuts**             | Change, turn off or reset keyboard shortcuts. See [Keyboard shortcuts](/reference/shortcuts).                                                                                                      |
| **API tokens**            | Tokens for scripts and the command line. See [The whorl command](/reference/cli).                                                                                                                  |
| **Experimental features** | Features you can try for yourself alone. Appears when there is one to try. See [Experimental features](/experimental-features).                                                                    |
| **Transcription**         | Your transcription presets. Appears when Voice is on. See [Voice](/voice).                                                                                                                         |

## Settings that live elsewhere

A Shared Space's own settings, such as its members, its agents setup and its appearance, are on the Space's page, not in Settings. See [Spaces](/spaces). A Captain's settings are in the Captain's menu. See [Captains](/captains).
